DIVERSITY & INCLUSION are a huge part of what I do for corporations. Actually, when I was young I worked a lot as an interpreter for the speaking and hearing impaired. Today, that experience and my knowledge in neuropsychology and experience coaching corporations for better productivity of their teams have led me to projects in D&I with some of the biggest companies in the US.
